Flags and paving

On our Bury project, we removed weeds and secured the grass to suitable existing flags using waterproof artificial grass glue. Keeping suitable paving can avoid excavation and replacement groundworks.

Concrete surfaces

The surface must be assessed for stability, levels, preparation and water run-off. We discuss how the grass will be fitted and secured without blocking the required drainage route.

Decking

Decking needs to be sound and suitable before it is considered as a base. Artificial grass does not repair rotten boards or an unstable structure. We assess condition and drainage and explain whether retention or removal is appropriate.

Balconies

We discuss the existing balcony surface, water outlets, access, fixing restrictions and any building requirements before quoting. Fixing methods must suit the balcony and must not damage waterproofing or obstruct drainage.
