Who is responsible for your information?

G.W Artificial Grass LTD is responsible for information received in connection with installation enquiries and customer work. We are based in Manchester and offer installation across the North West and nationwide.

Information you provide

When you enquire, you may provide your name, telephone number, postcode, garden measurements, project details, photographs, videos and messages. If a job proceeds, we may also need the installation address, arrangements for access and records relating to the quotation, work, payment and warranty.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, payment-card details or photographs showing people and personal documents that are not needed for the enquiry.

How the website enquiry form works

The form prepares your name, phone number, postcode, approximate size and project description as a message and opens WhatsApp. You can review the message before sending it. The form does not send a separate email or save a submitted enquiry in a website database.

The information is included in the WhatsApp link used to prepare that message. WhatsApp then handles your use of its service under its own terms and privacy notice. If you prefer, you can phone or email us directly.

Why information is used

• To respond to enquiries, assess the site and prepare a quotation.
• To arrange and carry out agreed work and communicate about your installation.
• To deal with payments, aftercare, warranty enquiries, complaints and relevant business records.
• To protect the website, investigate technical problems and understand optional advertising or website activity where you agree to tracking.

Who may receive information?

Information may be handled by providers used to operate the business and communicate with you, including website hosting, email and WhatsApp services. This website is hosted through GoDaddy. Google and Meta receive tracking information only if you accept the optional tracking described below.

Providers may process information outside the UK. Their own privacy information explains the services, international processing and safeguards they use. Information may also need to be shared where required by law or to deal with a legal claim.

Cookies and optional tracking

The website uses a browser storage preference to remember whether you accept or reject optional tracking. This choice is separate from your ability to request a quote or view the installation pages.

If you accept optional tracking, Google tags and the Meta Pixel can collect information such as page views, browser/device details, online identifiers and contact-button activity to measure advertising and website use. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising.

Those tracking scripts are not loaded before you accept. You can reject optional tracking, continue using the website and change your choice using the button below or the footer link. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking on this site after the page reloads; it does not reverse information already sent.

Hosting, external links and videos

Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and errors for operation and security. This website links to WhatsApp, Google and social platforms. When you follow those links, the destination’s privacy policy applies.

Installation videos on this website are requested from our hosting only after you choose to play them. The videos are not embedded social-media players.

How long is information kept?

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond, prepare a quote and follow up the request. Where work proceeds, relevant project and transaction records are kept for the time needed to complete the work, support aftercare and warranties, meet record-keeping obligations and handle possible claims.

Retention depends on the type of record, the reason it is held and any applicable legal requirement. Contact us if you want information about records relating to you or wish to request deletion.

Project photographs

Photographs and videos supplied for a quote help us assess the site and the proposed work. The website also shows installation examples. Please contact us if a published photograph identifies you or your property and you have a concern about its use.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to information about you, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of information, or object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some requests are subject to legal conditions and record-keeping requirements.
